Import visits
Bring completed visits into a consistent customer record. Review dates, coverage, and the service context.
Product capability
Prioritized by recency, frequency, value, and signal. Reti drafts. You send.
The problem
Most service businesses track bookings, not returns. Completed visits tell you who actually comes back. RetentionTek starts with completed visit history, not future appointments.
The follow-up queue shows at-risk and lapsed customers ordered by a deterministic priority: most overdue first, then by visit frequency, then by customer value (if revenue data exists). Each row shows the customer name, the signal type (at-risk, lapsed, win-back), the last service, expected return date, days overdue, and a suggested next step.
For every customer in the queue, Reti drafts a message based on the signal type and visit history. You review the draft, make edits, and approve the send from your connected inbox. The draft references the last service and the typical return window. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
The queue updates as visits are imported and signals change. A customer who returns drops out of the queue. A customer who passes their expected deadline enters it. The ordering recalculates on each import so the queue always reflects the current state of your customer base.
The queue is the action layer for the segment view. At-risk and lapsed segments feed the queue. Reti drafting provides the message content. You provide the approval and the send. The three features, segments, queue and drafting, work together as a retention workflow.
How it works
Bring completed visits into a consistent customer record. Review dates, coverage, and the service context.
Review an explainable score and the return patterns behind it. See what the history supports and where it is incomplete.
Use the review queue to prioritize attention. A team member reviews the evidence and approves the next step.
RetentionTek's Retention Agent explains the score and supports the review workflow. Reviewing a signal does not automatically contact a customer or book an appointment.
Honest limits
Email drafting and sending from your own inbox are the available channels.
The Retention Score is withheld when fewer than 30 mature customers exist per component. You still see the raw visit data and the overdue list.
Reti drafts messages you edit. You approve the send from your own connected inbox. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
RetentionTek does not store medical records, diagnoses, or treatment notes. It works with operational visit data you export from your booking system or POS.

The queue updates on each visit import. As you import new completed visits, the ordering recalculates and customers enter or exit the queue based on their current signal.
Most overdue first, then by visit frequency, then by customer value (if revenue data exists). The logic is deterministic and documented.
Not currently. The queue follows the deterministic priority logic. Manual reordering is planned for a future release.
No. Reti drafts a message you edit. You approve the send from your own connected inbox. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
The queue still shows flagged customers. The Retention Score is withheld when fewer than 30 mature customers exist per component, but the queue and segments work at any scale.
At-risk and lapsed segments feed the queue. Reti drafting provides the message content for each queued customer. The three features work together as a retention workflow.
