What the Retention Agent does
The current Retention Agent is a deterministic evidence assistant by default. It explains the active Retention Score and customers needing review, and supports internal review tasks with explicit owner approval.
Is it generative AI?
In the default mode, the current workspace answers use deterministic rules and recorded score evidence, and no external AI model receives imported records through this assistant. If an AI provider is explicitly configured for the Co-Pilot assistant, the scoped workspace evidence selected for a question is processed by that provider, the workspace shows the processing mode used for each answer, and any model-written interpretation is labeled separately from the verified evidence. The assistant stays read-only: it cannot send messages, book appointments or charge a customer. Co-Pilot is read-only; any customer follow-up delivery runs through a separately owner-approved workflow and remains subject to consent, suppression, sender verification and sending limits.
What must be approved?
An owner creates and reviews a draft task before approving it. Simulation requires an approved task; a draft cannot skip approval. Tasks belonging to an inactive import cannot progress. Approval does not confer permission to send a message.
Can it send a win-back or rebooking message?
Reti never sends a message on its own. A customer email goes out only after you review the wording, approve it and queue it yourself, from your own connected business inbox, and only while email sending is enabled for the workspace. Nothing is sent from practice data, and nothing is sent to an address without recorded consent, a verified sender and your approval. SMS and booking placement are not available. Simulation remains explicitly labeled.
How are answers explained?
Score answers include the component counts and an evidence snapshot reference. Review customer visit history before acting. The assistant does not add points for tasks, messages or campaign activity and does not invent a causal revenue claim.
