What the Retention Agent does
The current Retention Agent is a deterministic evidence assistant. It explains the active Retention Score and customers needing review, and supports internal review tasks with explicit owner approval.
Is it generative AI?
The current workspace answers use deterministic rules and recorded score evidence. No external AI model receives imported records through this assistant. Generative AI, autonomous campaigns and production message delivery are not enabled.
What must be approved?
An owner creates and reviews a draft task before approving it. Simulation requires an approved task; a draft cannot skip approval. Tasks belonging to an inactive import cannot progress. Approval does not confer permission to send a message.
Can it send a win-back or rebooking message?
No. The current workspace cannot send email or SMS, charge a customer or place a booking. Provider delivery, verified consent and sender configuration would be required before offering those actions. Simulation remains explicitly labeled.
How are answers explained?
Score answers include the component counts and an evidence snapshot reference. Review customer visit history before acting. The assistant does not add points for tasks, messages or campaign activity and does not invent a causal revenue claim.
