Bring back
more customers.
You worked hard to earn the first visit. We’re building RetentionTek to help you understand what happens next.
Customer retention software for teams that depend on repeat business. Turn visit history into a clearer view of who returns, who may be overdue, and what deserves attention.
Every return
starts with understanding.
Track Every Touch.
Drive Every Return.
Built around customer relationships.
Grounded in the history you have.
Why we’re building it
Appointment-based businesses depend on customers coming back. Yet a list of visits rarely tells the whole story: who returned on time, who missed an expected window, and where should the team look first?
RetentionTek began with independent med spas, where service-specific treatment and maintenance schedules make return patterns especially important. The same question matters to salons, studios, wellness businesses, and local services built around repeat relationships.
Our aim is simple: make customer retention a clear, measurable part of everyday business decisions.
From history to a next step
Start with completed visits and the context behind each customer relationship.
Review first-to-second visits, expected return windows, and explainable retention signals.
Give the team a clearer starting point for review and an intentional follow-up.
Our principles
Useful software should help you understand the evidence and keep you in control of the next step.
How the Retention Score worksRetention signals should be traceable to completed visits. Missing history is a limit to explain, not a result to invent.
A first-time customer and a regular customer have different return patterns. The Retention Score considers first-to-second visits and established return adherence.
A review queue is a starting point for the team. Reviewing a signal does not automatically send a customer a message.
The person behind the product
RetentionTek is being developed around a simple premise: keeping existing customers should be a clear, measurable part of how a business operates. We’re starting with appointment-based teams and building around their need to understand customer return behavior.
A little more context

RetentionTek is a customer retention workspace being developed for teams whose businesses depend on repeat customers. It brings customer visit history, explainable retention signals, and a review workflow together so teams can decide what deserves attention next.
The initial focus is independent med spas and other appointment-based businesses. Salons, studios, wellness businesses, and local services face a similar challenge: understanding when customers are expected to return and recognizing a missed return window.
The Retention Score uses completed visit history to examine first-to-second visit conversion and established customer return adherence. It reflects the history supplied and its coverage. When there is not enough eligible history, a score is withheld rather than presented as zero.
No. Reviewing retention signals does not automatically contact a customer. Customer follow-up requires a separate approved workflow and remains subject to consent, suppression, sender verification, and sending limits.
