RetentionTek currently provides early-access visit analysis, a self-reported assessment and internal review tools. Features described as unavailable are not part of the functioning service.

Your responsibilities

Use only business data you are authorized to process. Do not submit clinical records. Confirm reporting coverage and source values before relying on an imported score. Customer communications require separate permission and compliance with applicable rules.

Limits of analysis

Scores depend on the supplied history, coverage and methodology. They are not medical advice, a prediction, a guarantee of churn reduction or evidence of recovered revenue. Target scenarios are assumptions, not observed results.

Actions and integrations

Current internal task approvals and simulations do not send messages, take payments or book appointments. A provider logo or name does not establish a working connection. No direct provider is represented as connected in the live workspace.

Pricing and launch status

Any displayed early-access price is a proposed offer. No payment checkout is activated in this workspace. A complete production service, support process and final commercial agreement remain to be established before paid launch.
