Know which past customers need attention
RetentionTek reads the visit history you already have and gives you three things.
Who needs attention
Which past customers have gone past the timing they usually come back on.
A clear follow-up plan
For the next 30 days: who to review, when, and why. One next step per customer.
A message you approve
Ask Reti to draft it, edit the words yourself, and send it from your own connected inbox.
You choose the customer
Reti suggests. You decide.
You choose the words
A draft is not a message. Read it and change it.
You press send
Nothing goes out until you approve it. Nothing sends itself.
Why we need your customer details and visit history
Follow-up advice only works if we know two things: who the customer is, and when they last came in.
- Who the customer is. Name and the email address you want to reach them at.
- When they came in. Completed visit dates, and which service they had.
Without visit dates there is no timeline. A contact list on its own cannot show who is overdue. We will tell you that plainly instead of guessing.
We read the file you upload. We do not verify it, and we do not check it against any booking system.
A sample of the plan
Sample plan. Synthetic practice data. The names below are made up. Your plan is built from your own file.

The plan says who to review, when, and why. It does not write the message for you.
These are suggestions for your review. Nothing is scheduled. Nothing sends itself.
Three steps
Create your workspace
Add your business name, your services, and when customers usually come back. That timing is what turns a visit history into dates.
Upload your visit history
A CSV or XLSX export from your booking or POS system. We suggest the column mapping for you, then you check it and confirm the import. Contact-only files are fine, but contacts on their own cannot show who is overdue.
Get your plan, then your first email
Your plan appears in the workspace. Open a customer, ask Reti to draft a message, edit it, and save it. Nothing goes out until you approve and send it.
Your free email credits
Every trial gets 1,000 free email credits. Each email uses 10 credits. That is up to 100 emails during your 14-day trial. A card is required, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Free sending stops when fewer than 10 credits remain, or when your trial ends. Whichever comes first.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the trial. There is no monthly reset.
- Drafting and editing do not use email credits. Reti’s writing has its own separate daily limit.
- Your 30-day plan does not extend your trial or your credits. It is a planning window.
Email credits
1,000 email credits available.
Each email uses 10 credits. Enough for up to 100 emails.
When the trial ends
Core is one plan at $249 per month or $2,490 per year.
- 1,000 managed customers. This is the customer limit on the plan. It is not related to the 1,000 email credits in your trial.
- 10,000 emails a month.
- 1 location.
- Retention scoring and the health dashboard.
- Rebooking and win-back Playbooks.
- Customer evidence and timelines.
- The Retention Co-Pilot for normal business use, under fair-use and rate controls.
What is not active yet, stated plainly
- Playbook messaging is currently a test simulation.
- Automatic campaigns from your own inbox are not available yet. You review and send individual emails when connected-account sending is enabled for your workspace.
- SMS messaging and number provisioning are not active at launch.
- We do not claim HIPAA or SOC 2 certification, and we do not claim the score proves that outreach caused a return.
Limits and terms
- The plan covers the next 30 days of suggested review dates. It is not a guarantee that anyone returns, books, or spends.
- The plan says who to review, when, and why. It does not supply the wording of each message.
- The Retention Score measures returns, not money. It uses completed visits, not messages sent or appointments booked. It is not lifetime value, recovered revenue, or a financial return.
- Each part of the score needs at least 30 mature customers. With fewer, the score is withheld.
- We never infer permission to contact a customer. A recorded opt-in is needed before anyone is contacted, and an opt-out stops contact.
- Do not upload treatment notes, diagnoses, or other clinical detail. Visit records can reveal sensitive information about a person even without notes. If health privacy rules may apply to your data, confirm you are permitted to process it before you import.
- We share nothing about your customers with advertising platforms. RetentionTek does not install a Meta or Google pixel.
- RetentionTek is operated by Mohammed A B Salah E Abd El-Shafy, a sole proprietor. The Core rates, the trial terms and what is included are set out in the Terms of Service.
Questions
Short answers, including the ones that are easier to say plainly than to avoid.
Is it really free to try?
Yes. You get 1,000 free email credits, enough for up to 100 emails during the 14 day trial. A card is required, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial it is $249/mo.
What happens when the credits run out?
Free sending stops when fewer than 10 credits are left, or when the trial ends. Whichever comes first.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Unused credits expire at the end of the trial. There is no monthly reset.
Does drafting cost email credits?
No. Drafting, editing and saving a message use no email credits. Reti’s writing has its own separate daily limit.
What if I only have a customer list?
Import it. You get the plan shell and a clear note that visits are needed for dates. The product will not guess a risk score for a customer it knows nothing about.
What does the plan tell me?
Who to review, when, and why. It does not write each message for you. You ask Reti to draft a message and edit it yourself.
Does RetentionTek send emails for me?
Not automatically. You review the words, approve them, and send from your own connected inbox. Connected-account sending has to be enabled for your workspace first.
Can I get a booking from this?
We will not promise one. A suggested review date is a decision point for you to look at the evidence. It does not create a booking.
What does it cost?
Core is $249 per month or $2,490 per year. Expansion is listed on the pricing page.
