Import visits
Bring completed visits into a consistent customer record. Review dates, coverage, and the service context.
Product capability
Score, segments, queue, drafting, imports, analytics. One platform for retention.
The problem
Most service businesses track bookings, not returns. Completed visits tell you who actually comes back. RetentionTek starts with completed visit history, not future appointments.
A 0 to 100 index built from completed visits. Combines first-to-second visit conversion (40 percent) and established return adherence (60 percent). Withheld when fewer than 30 mature customers exist per component. Evidence behind each part is available for review.
Automatic segments based on visit patterns: new, active, at-risk, lapsed, and churned. Segment definitions use completed visits and expected return windows. See how many customers are in each segment and the trend over time.
A prioritized list of who to contact next. Ordered by recency, frequency, value, and the reason for attention. Each row shows the customer, the signal, and a suggested next step. Reti drafts a message you edit and send from your inbox.
Reti drafts win-back and rebooking messages using the visit history and the reason the customer was flagged. Drafts are editable. You review the wording and approve the send from your connected inbox. Ten drafts per workspace per UTC day. No imported data sent to external models.
Bring completed visits into a consistent customer record. Maximum 2 MiB, 5,000 rows, 80 columns. Maps customer identifiers, visit dates, attendance status, location, and service category. De-duplication prevents double-counting. No provider integration required.
Retention trends over time, segment sizes, score distribution, and the evidence behind each signal. Export data for further analysis. No revenue or lifetime value claims, because visit records alone do not establish measured revenue.
How it works
Bring completed visits into a consistent customer record. Review dates, coverage, and the service context.
Review an explainable score and the return patterns behind it. See what the history supports and where it is incomplete.
Use the review queue to prioritize attention. A team member reviews the evidence and approves the next step.
RetentionTek's Retention Agent explains the score and supports the review workflow. Reviewing a signal does not automatically contact a customer or book an appointment.
Honest limits
Email drafting and sending from your own inbox are the available channels.
The Retention Score is withheld when fewer than 30 mature customers exist per component. You still see the raw visit data and the overdue list.
Reti drafts messages you edit. You approve the send from your own connected inbox. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
RetentionTek does not store medical records, diagnoses, or treatment notes. It works with operational visit data you export from your booking system or POS.
