- Retention Score (0 to 100): 40 percent first-to-second visit conversion, 60 percent established return adherence. Withheld under 30 mature customers per component.
- Overdue review queue: Clients who passed their expected return deadline, ordered by recency, frequency, and value.
- Reti drafting: AI-drafted win-back messages referencing the last service and typical return window. Editable. You approve the send.
- Customer segments: New, active, at-risk, lapsed, churned. Computed from visit patterns, not tags.
- No automatic sending: Every message requires your review and approval from your own inbox.

Practical answers
Does RetentionTek replace Mangomint?
No. Mangomint is your booking and POS system. RetentionTek imports completed visits from Mangomint and adds retention analytics, a score, and a follow-up queue. They serve different purposes.
How do I get data from Mangomint into RetentionTek?
Export completed visits from Mangomint as CSV or XLSX, then import into RetentionTek. The import maps customer identifiers, visit dates, attendance status, location, and service category. Maximum 2 MiB, 5,000 rows, 80 columns.
Does RetentionTek send messages automatically?
No. Reti drafts a message you edit. You approve the send from your own connected inbox. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
Is SMS included?
No. SMS is not active in the current release. Email drafting and sending from your own inbox are the available channels.
What if I have fewer than 30 clients?
The Retention Score is withheld when fewer than 30 mature customers exist per component. You still see the raw visit data and can review the overdue list manually.
Can RetentionTek connect to Mangomint directly?
Not currently. Provider logos on the site do not indicate a working connection. Import a CSV or XLSX export from Mangomint.
