RetentionTek sandbox import Use retentiontek-import-template.csv as the header template. Every example is fictional. Use retentiontek-synthetic-sample.csv for a populated test at snapshot date 2026-09-08 with coverage from 2024-01-01. One appointment per row. Keep exact header order. Dates are business dates (YYYY-MM-DD), not UTC timestamps. first_visit_proven: true only if the supplied history establishes that the first completed visit is genuinely the first; otherwise false. status: completed, attended, booked, scheduled, cancelled, no_show. Only completed/attended records qualify as visits. service_category: intro, core, personal. The current accepted test cadence policies are 30, 60, and 34 days respectively. These policies must be reviewed before a real business rollout. A customer's category is selected from their earliest completed visit. Source IDs must stay stable across rows. Do not add workspace or tenant columns. The server binds imports to your signed-in workspace. CSV maximum: 2 MiB and 5,000 appointments. Spreadsheet formulas are not accepted. Sign in, change the temporary password, complete business setup, choose the CSV, validate it, then confirm import. Imported data is stored on the server. Only one dataset is active at a time. Prior datasets can be reactivated or deleted in Imports; deletion also removes their related internal review tasks. The score uses the accepted RetentionTek calculation and can be withheld for insufficient mature cohorts. Importing a file does not independently verify its claims. No messages, emails, payments or real provider actions can run from this test workspace. Internal review tasks are simulations only. Do not include clinical details, patient records, payment-card data, or other sensitive fields. This launch is a testing environment, not a clinical-record system.
